Land Interests definition

Land Interests has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7(a), below.
Land Interests is defined in Section 3.1(c).
Land Interests means the easements, right-of-way, and other interest in real property necessary for the acquisition, construction, and operation of the facilities.

  • To the extent that Equitrans is required to obtain Land Interests by judicial decree, the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to provide reasonable assistance in connection with any eminent domain or other administrative or judicial proceedings under any applicable Law to permit the Parties to obtain ownership and access to the Land Interests in a manner consistent with this Section 2.7.

  • The Sunrise Facilities (exclusive of Land Interests) are, and at all times will remain, personal property notwithstanding that the Sunrise Facilities (exclusive of Land Interests) or any portion or component thereof may now be, or hereafter become, in any manner affixed or attached to, or embedded in or permanently resting upon real property or any improvement thereon.

  • FP Land and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Farms acknowledge that the agreements contained herein and the transactions contemplated hereby and any actions taken in contemplation of the transactions contemplated hereby may conflict with, and may not have been contemplated by, the Organizational Documents of FP Land or other agreements among one or more holders of FP Land Interests or one or more of the members of FP Land.

  • Any amounts payable by the Lessees pursuant to this SECTION 7.5 with respect to Construction Land Interests during the Construction Term therefor shall be paid with the proceeds of Advances.

Land Interests means the several land interests set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (as amended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement) and the expression “Land Interest” shall be construed accordingly;
