Land Outgoings definition
Land Outgoings means Outgoings which are paid by the Council for or in respect of the Land or the Premises and which are to be paid or a proportion of which is to be paid, by the Lessee to the Council but does not include Outgoings which are directly proportional to the level of the Lessee's consumption or use;
