The parties hereto shall, at the request of Landlord, Tenant or any Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee, execute, acknowledge and deliver simultaneously with the execution of this Lease or at any time hereafter, in recordable form, a short form thereof (in form and substance satisfactory to each party hereto in its reasonable judgment) for recordation among the said Land Records at the expense of the Person so requesting.
