Land Registration Authority definition

Land Registration Authority means the place established under the Land Recording and Registration Act 2003 in which documents affecting title to land in the Republic are to be recorded or registered.
Land Registration Authority means the official responsible for keeping registers in relation to dealings in land;
Land Registration Authority means the authority established and operating under the jurisdiction of the Borrower’s Department of Justice.
