Land Titles definition

Land Titles means the Land Titles Office under the Land Act.
Land Titles means the land title deeds and instruments of Seller, that will be transferred as individual assets (“cuerpo cierto”) regardless of their extension, as set out and described in Schedule 1.1(vv);

Examples of Land Titles in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed to by the lawyers, such exchange of the Requisite Deliveries will occur in the applicable Land Titles Office or such other location agreeable to both lawyers.

  • Title V means Title V of the federal Act for the Senior Community Service Employment Program for Older Americans.

  • Mineral means gas, oil, and coal; other gaseous, liquid, and solid hydrocarbons; oil shale; cement material; sand and gravel; road material; building stone; chemical raw material; gemstone; fissionable and nonfissionable ores; colloidal and other clays; steam and other geothermal resources; and any other substance defined as a mineral by a law of this state.

  • Accessory Structure (Appurtenant Structure means a structure located on the same parcel of property as the principal structure and the use of which is incidental to the use of the principal structure. Garages, carports and storage sheds are common urban accessory structures. Pole barns, hay sheds and the like qualify as accessory structures on farms, and may or may not be located on the same parcel as the farm dwelling or shop building.

  • Appurtenance means any accessory to a stationary structure coated at the site of installation, whether installed or detached, including, but not limited to: bathroom and kitchen fixtures; cabinets; concrete forms; doors; elevators; fences; hand railings; heating equipment, air conditioning equipment, and other fixed mechanical equipment or stationary tools; lampposts; partitions; pipes and piping systems; rain gutters and downspouts; stairways, fixed ladders, catwalks, and fire escapes; and window screens.

  • Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Leasehold Estate means Borrower’s interest in the Land and any other real property leased by Borrower pursuant to the Ground Lease, if applicable, including all of the following:

  • Accessory dwelling unit means an attached or a detached residential dwelling unit that provides complete independent living facilities for one or more persons and is located on a lot with a proposed or existing primary residence. It shall include permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same parcel as the single-family or multifamily dwelling is or will be situated. An accessory dwelling unit also includes the following:
