Land Use Applications means all applications that must be filed by the Company with the Village in accordance with the Village’s zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, right-of-way and easement vacation ordinances, and building regulations to receive approval from the Village to develop or provide for the development of the Project Sites with the Projects, which may include, but is not limited to, applications for subdivision, zoning, right-of-way and easement vacation, and building permit approvals.
