Use of the Lands in the development shall be limited to the following as defined by this Agreement and the Land Use Bylaw for the Municipality of East Hants, as amended.
Detached Dwellings, as shown on Schedule “B”- Notwithstanding 2.15, the signage provisions of the Two Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) Zone in the East Hants Land Use Bylaw shall apply.
In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within five years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw.
Except where specifically stated otherwise in this Agreement, all signage provisions of the East Hants Land Use Bylaw, as amended, shall apply to this development.
Any projecting signs shall be subject to the issuance of a development permit and must be installed such that they are consistent with the provisions of Schedule C of the Land Use Bylaw and any conditions specified in a development permit decision.
