The County means the County of Siskiyou. Sec. 2-1.06. - Landing fees—Fees required. Except as provided in Section 2-1.07, every commercial aircraft operator and every large aircraft operator shall pay a fee ("landing fee") on each landing of an aircraft at any airport.
