Land Use Class 1 definition
Land Use Class 1 means lots identified as such on the Assessment Roll, which are referred to as single-family in the PD-99 and being generally lots with approximately 6,200 square feet size and a lot width of 60 feet for a detached single family dwelling unit on individually platted lots.
Land Use Class 1 means a residential dwelling unit with a Building Square Footage of 1,000 square feet or less.
