Examples of Landlord Notice in a sentence
If Tenant receives a bona fide offer (an “Offer”) to purchase such Property from a Person having the financial capacity to implement the terms of such Offer, Tenant shall give Landlord Notice thereof, which Notice shall include a copy of the Offer executed by such third party.
If Tenant, or Operator at the direction of Tenant, enters into a lease described in the preceding sentence, Tenant, or Operator at the direction of Tenant, shall give Landlord Notice of such lease either prior to or promptly after entering into such lease.
All such notices, demands and requests shall be deemed to have been properly given if sent by United States certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or hand delivered, or overnight delivery, addressed to Landlord or Tenant, at the Landlord Notice Address and Tenant Notice Address, respectively.
