Landlord Waiver definition

Landlord Waiver means a letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and executed by a landlord in respect of Inventory of a Loan Party located at any leased premises of a Loan Party pursuant to which such landlord, among other things, waives or subordinates on terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent any Lien such landlord may have in respect of such Inventory.
Landlord Waiver means, as to any leasehold interest of a Loan Party, a landlord waiver and consent agreement executed by the landlord of such leasehold interest, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Landlord Waiver means a landlord or warehouse waiver substantially in the form of Exhibit O.

Landlord Waiver means any landlord waiver, mortgagee waiver, bailee letter or any similar acknowledgement agreement of any landlord in respect of any real property other location where any Collateral is located, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
