Landmark district means any area which contains a number of structures or natural features having a special character or special historical, cultural, architectural, archeological, community or aesthetic value, as set forth in the revised zoning ordinance, and designated as such by the council.

Landmark district means the historic downtown commercial landmark district, the boundaries of which are shown on the official zoning map. The boundaries of the historic downtown commercial landmark district are as established by the Snoqualmie landmarks and heritage commission pursuant to authority of Ordinance No. 746.
