Landscape Easements definition

Landscape Easements means those areas of ground so designated on a Plat of any part of the Real Estate.
Landscape Easements. Landscape Easements shall mean any portion of a Building Lot located within the landscape easements designated on the Plat or in a Supplemental Declaration. This Landscape Easement is in addition to the general landscape easement described in Sections 5.5.2.3 and 12.7 of this Declaration.
Landscape Easements means and refer to any landscape easements including structures, any entrance monuments, ponds or fountains located thereon as shown on any recorded subdivision plat of the Property. The areas within the easements are sometimes referred to as Landscape Easement Areas. J. Living Unit sometimes referred to as Dwelling Unit shall mean and refer to any residential unit intended for use and occupancy as a residence by a single family. K. Lot shall mean and refer to any plot of land shown upon any recorded subdivision plat of the Property or recorded re-subdivision thereof. L. Member shall mean any one of those Owners who are members of the Association as provided in its Articles of Incorporation. M. Owner shall mean and refer to the owner of record, whether one or more persons or entities, of a fee simple title to any Lot or Living Unit which is a part to the Property, including contract sellers, but excluding those having such interest merely as security for the performance of an obligation. N. Private Storm Sewer Easements shall mean and refer to any easements shown on any subdivision plat of the property to provide surface drainage. These areas are for the benefit of all Lot Owners and any agency of Miami Township and/or Clermont County, Ohio having jurisdiction over drainage control. O. Recreation Facilities shall mean any facilities now or hereafter installed on the property for the benefit of Owners and their families who reside within the property and includes, but not limited to, swimming pools, pool houses, play areas, and surrounding areas and any portion of the Common Areas on which recreation activity is permitted. P. Property shall mean and refer to all lots and common area in the Torrey Pines Subdivision as recorded with the Clermont County, Ohio Recorder. Q. Surface Drainage Facilities shall mean any improvements to provide surface drainage within the Property and generally located within the Private Storm Sewer Easements. These facilities are for the benefit of all Lot Owners and any agency of Miami Township and/or Clermont County, Ohio having jurisdiction over drainage control. ARTICLE II DETENTION BASINS

Examples of Landscape Easements in a sentence

  • No buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or other improvements or growths shall be constructed or placed upon, over or across the Easements as shown, except that landscape improvements may be placed in Landscape Easements, if approved by the City of Kaufman.

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants and restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements which are Permitted Encumbrances and such other agreements as may be granted in accordance with Section 19.1.
