Landscape or landscaping definition

Landscape or landscaping means the living plant mate- rial and organic or inorganic ground covers (mulches) used for aesthetic, erosion control and/or fire control purposes as specified by city or county regulations.
Landscape or landscaping means any design element (whether structural, floral, or earthen) that modifies the visible features of the Lot, and which may or may not be physically connected to a Residence.
Landscape or landscaping means trees, shrubs and other plantings of materials that are or may grow to a height of eighteen (18) inches or more, and irrigation systems (in unpaved areas), in the Rights-of-Way.
