Last completed fiscal period means the fiscal period next preceding the current
Fiscal Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date, and thereafter each period commencing on the day immediately following the last day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Period, and ending in each case at the close of business on the first to occur of the following dates:
Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.
Distribution Compliance Period means the period that ends 40 days after the completion of the distribution of each Tranche of Notes, as certified by the relevant Dealer (in the case of a non-syndicated issue) or the relevant Lead Manager (in the case of a syndicated issue);
Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).
Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.
Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..
Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.
Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.
Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.
