Last Postponement Date definition

Last Postponement Date means, in respect of any Scheduled Reference Date, the 14th calendar day following such Scheduled Reference Date.
Last Postponement Date means, in respect of any Scheduled Reference Date, the day which falls on the number of calendar days following such Scheduled Reference Date, as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

Related to Last Postponement Date

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.

  • Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date of the Notes or such other date as may be specified as the Interest Commencement Date in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Current Date means any day during the 20-day period ending on the date of the Closing.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Payment Date means, with respect to each Collection Period, the 22nd day of the calendar month following the end of that Collection Period, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day, commencing on November 22, 2011.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.
