LATE DEPARTURE definition
LATE DEPARTURE. Any tenant who fails to move out of the house by 12:00 noon on the date of the end of the lease will be assessed $100 per person per day until all belongings are moved out and keys returned.
LATE DEPARTURE. Occupant agrees there shall be no late departure without prior approval.
