Gross receipts means the total revenue derived from sales, work done, or service rendered.
Receipts means the American Depositary Receipts issued under this Deposit Agreement evidencing certificated American Depositary Shares, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Deposit Agreement.
Monthly Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2B.
Late Collections With respect to any Mortgage Loan and any Due Period, all amounts received subsequent to the Determination Date immediately following such Due Period, whether as late payments of Monthly Payments or as Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise, which represent late payments or collections of principal and/or interest due (without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note) but delinquent for such Due Period and not previously recovered.
Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.
Monthly Payment The scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan.
Collect means to obtain information that the licensee organizes or can retrieve by the name of an individual or by identifying number, symbol or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, irrespective of the source of the underlying information.
Interest in the Property means any legal or beneficial interest in the Property, including, but not limited to, those beneficial interests transferred in a bond for deed, contract for deed, installment sales contract, or escrow agreement, the intent of which is the transfer of title by Borrower to a purchaser at a future date. If all or any part of the Property or any Interest in the Property is sold or transferred (or if Borrower is not a natural person and a beneficial interest in Borrower is sold or transferred) without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent, Lender may require immediate payment in full of all sums secured by this Security Instrument. However, Lender will not exercise this option if such exercise is prohibited by Applicable Law. If Lender exercises this option, Lender will give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notice will provide a period of not less than 30 days from the date the notice is given in accordance with Section 16 within which Borrower must pay all sums secured by this Security Instrument. If Xxxxxxxx fails to pay these sums prior to, or upon, the expiration of this period, Lender may invoke any remedies permitted by this Security Instrument without further notice or demand on Borrower and will be entitled to collect all expenses incurred in pursuing such remedies, including, but not limited to: (a) reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs; (b) property inspection and valuation fees; and (c) other fees incurred to protect Xxxxxx’s Interest in the Property and/or rights under this Security Instrument.
Net Receipts means, with respect to any Product, the aggregate of the Net Sales thereof and Net Licensing Revenues therefrom.
Principal Sum means the Maximum Benefit.
Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.
Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.
Total Servicing Fee means the sum of the Basic Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.
Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.
Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.
Advance Interest means the interest accrued on any Servicing Advance which is payable to the party that made that Servicing Advance, in accordance with the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.
Monthly shall be construed accordingly;
Rentals of a Person means the aggregate fixed amounts payable by such Person under any Operating Lease.
Gross receipts tax means any gross receipts, sales, use, excise, value added or any similar tax.
Mortgagor The obligor on a Mortgage Note.
Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).
Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.
Advance Rent means moneys paid to the landlord to be applied to future rent payment periods, but does not include rent paid in advance for a current rent payment period.
Rents means all of the rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenues, earnings, income and other benefits of the Property, or arising from the use or enjoyment of the Property, including all such amounts paid under or arising from any of the Leases and all fees, charges, accounts or other payments for the use or occupancy of rooms or other public facilities within the Real Property.
