Launch Day definition

Launch Day means the calendar day within the Launch Slot established for the Launch pursuant to the Contract.
Launch Day means the day established by the Launch Agency in writing to the Customer for launch of the Satellite. For purposes of this definition, any delay in the actual date of launch from such scheduled launch day shall be disregarded unless the Lender shall have received advance notice of such delay, and such notice was received more than 30 days from the then scheduled launch day.
Launch Day. A calendar day established for the Launch pursuant to this Agreement within which the Launch Window is open.

Examples of Launch Day in a sentence

  • In the event that CUSTOMER has requested such postponement and technical reasons, including, without limitation, those relating to any Third Party Customer(s) of ARIANESPACE, or meteorological reasons prevent ARIANESPACE from performing the Launch in the Launch Window opening during the Launch Day, the postponement shall be considered to be a postponement of the Launch Day.

  • Further, it is understood that the AWS will discuss/review possible study plans with candidates during the Launch Day.

  • The CUSTOMER’s written notice for postponement shall indicate the new requested (i) Launch Period, or (ii) Launch Slot, or (ii) Launch Day, as the case may be.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, CUSTOMER’s existing Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day (as applicable) shall not be relinquished until CUSTOMER has agreed to the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day (as applicable) pursuant to the provisions of this Paragraph 11.2.

  • In the event that EUROCKOT does not agree with the Customer's proposal or does not propose a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day, the Customer shall propose an alternative Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day.

  • Within seven (7) days of the receipt of the written recommendation of a Launch Day, ICO shall agree to such Launch Day or shall agree to meet (either in person or telephonically) with Launch Provider at a mutually agreeable time, provided that such meeting shall take place within seven (7) days of Launch Provider’s receipt of ICO’s written request for a meeting with Launch Provider.

  • Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the written request for postponement, EUROCKOT shall inform the Customer if the proposed Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day is acceptable or will propose a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day.

  • L0 = First day of the Launch Period, initially agreed upon at T0 L1 = First day of the Launch Period agreed upon at T1 L = The actual Launch Day.

  • In the event that any Firm Launch is postponed by CUSTOMER beyond 31 December 2011, the related Launch Associated Payment and Associated Services prices related to services yet to be performed shall be escalated by [*] per quarter from 01 January 2011 and pro rata to the revised Launch Day.

  • In the event that GLLC has requested such postponement and that technical reasons, including, without limitation, those relating to meteorological reasons, prevent STARSEM from performing the considered Launch on the Launch Day, the postponement shall be considered to be a postponement of the Launch Day, and Sub-paragraph 11.2.1.2 shall apply.

Related to Launch Day

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period that the LSP is unavailable due to:
