Launch Price definition

Launch Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 (Price).
Launch Price means the price specified in Article 3.2, subject to any revisions to such price pursuant to Article 18, CHANGES.
Launch Price the price for the Launch Service; “Launch Service” the launch service to be provided by ILS for AsiaSat 6, AsiaSat 8 or AsiaSat 9 (as applicable) under the ILS Launch Contract;

Examples of Launch Price in a sentence

  • The remaining balance of the Launch Price will be payable in stages, the final balance of which will be payable on 1 February 2014 if the Launch Service was provided for either AsiaSat 6 or AsiaSat 8, or seven (7) days prior to the date of launch for AsiaSat 9.

  • The Launch Price as specified in the ILS Launch Contract is also inclusive of the amount payable by AsiaSat for binding the Additional Launch Option which entitles AsiaSat to, at its sole discretion and subject to the terms and conditions of the ILS Launch Contract, request ILS to provide one (1) additional launch service for the launch of AsiaSat 9 if the Launch Service was provided for either AsiaSat 6 or AsiaSat 8.

  • The Launch Price was negotiated on an arm’s length basis taking into account the fees for similar services available in the market.

  • US$10.3 million (equivalent to approximately HK$80.34 million) of the Launch Price will be payable on 5 July 2012.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Launch Price does not include the Dispenser, services associated with the Dispenser that are not reflected in the SOW, or other additional services that might be agreed by the Parties (or a third party contracting with Customer) to be provided, on a time and materials basis, pursuant to a separate agreement.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Product Price has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04.

  • Final Price means (a) in the case of any Terminated Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 4, and (b) in the case of any Repaid Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 5, and

  • Firm price means the price that is only subject to adjustments in accordance with the actual increase or decrease resulting from the change, imposition, or abolition of customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or tax, which, in terms of the law or regulation, is binding on the contractor and demonstrably has an influence on the price of any supplies, or the rendering costs of any service, for the execution of the contract;

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Auction Final Price means the relevant auction final price that may be published by ISDA or any administrator of any auction coordinated by ISDA from time to time and that would be applicable to the senior, unsecured debt obligations issued or guaranteed by the relevant

  • ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Minimum Sale Price means (i) with respect to a Receivable (x) that has become 60 to 210 days delinquent or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has not yet been sold at auction, the greater of (A) 55% multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable and (B) the product of the three month rolling average recovery rate (expressed as a percentage) for the Servicer in its liquidation of all receivables for which it acts as servicer, either pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable or (ii) with respect to a Receivable (x) with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has been sold at auction and the Net Liquidation Proceeds for which have been deposited in the Collection Account, or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has not been repossessed by the Servicer despite the Servicer’s diligent efforts, consistent with its servicing obligations, to repossess the Financed Vehicle, $1.

  • Reset Price means the greater of (i) 50% of the Initial Exercise Price (as adjusted for share splits, share dividends, recapitalizations and similar events pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof) and (ii) 100% of the lowest VWAP occurring on any day between the Initial Exercise Date and ninety (90) calendar days following the Issuance Date; provided that the Reset Price shall in no event be less than a floor price of 50% of the Initial Exercise Price.

  • VWAP Price means, on any Exchange Business Day, the per Share volume-weighted average price as displayed under the heading “Bloomberg VWAP” on Bloomberg page “ECPG <equity> AQR” (or any successor thereto) in respect of the period from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such Exchange Business Day (or if such volume-weighted average price is unavailable, the market value of one Share on such Exchange Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent using a volume-weighted method).

  • GDP price deflator means the average of the four implicit price

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Benchmarked Price means the higher of:

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Initial Index Price means the sum of each per share closing price of the common stock of each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the applicable weighting, as such prices are reported on the consolidated transactions reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, on the trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of the Agreement.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
