Launch Program means the Sunrise Period and the Landrush Period described in this document but does not include General Availability.
Launch Program means the processes preceding General Availability, as described in the .amsterdam launch policies, containing the timeframes, processes, procedures, and requirements that apply for Domain Name Registrations for this TLD, including the TLD Policies; Registration Fee means the applicable fee charged by the Registry to the Accredited Registrar for a particular transaction regarding a Domain Name; Registrant means the person or entity in whose name a Domain Name is registered; Registry Agreement means the agreement entered into by and between the Registry and ICANN in relation to the management of this TLD;
Launch Program means the Sunrise Period and the Early Access Period described in this document but does not include General Availability.

More Definitions of Launch Program

Launch Program means a program initiated by Boeing to design, manufacture and obtain FAA type certification for a new model type of aircraft (e.g., Model B797), or a new sub-model type of aircraft (e.g., Model 787-10). A Launch Program may require that certain conditions be met by customers ordering aircraft subject to the Launch Program, which may include but not be limited to: (i) minimum number of customers; (ii) engine availability; (iii) use of customers’ aircraft for certification and development purposes; (iv) additional restrictions on optional features available; and (v) restrictions on the availability of Delivery Positions for aircraft purchased pursuant to the exercise of certain purchase rights. Related to Launch Program

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
