Law and Order Project definition
Law and Order Project means an Investment Project, the purpose of which, in whole or in part, will be the carrying out, in connection with the civil branch of the police force of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, of one or more of the following activities: (i) payment of salaries and benefits; (ii) provision of uniforms; (iii) provision of nonmilitary or non-paramilitary vehicles; (iv) provision of computer and two way communications equipment; (v) provision of fuel; and (vi) payment of operating and maintenance costs associated with said vehicles and computer and communications equipment;
