Lawfully possesses means, with respect to an assault weapon described in any provision of subparagraphs (B) to (F), inclusive, of this subdivision, (A) actual possession that is lawful under sections 53-202b to 53-202k, (B) constructive possession pursuant to a lawful purchase transacted prior to or on April 4, 2013, regardless of whether the assault weapon was delivered to the purchaser prior to or on April 4, 2013, which lawful purchase is evidenced by a writing sufficient to indicate that (i) a contract for sale was made between the parties prior to or on April 4, 2013, for the purchase of the assault weapon, or (ii) full or partial payment for the assault weapon was made by the purchaser to the seller of the assault weapon prior to or on April 4, 2013, or (C) actual possession under subparagraph (A) of this subdivision, or constructive possession under subparagraph (B) of this subdivision, as evidenced by a written statement made under penalty of false statement on such form as the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection prescribes;

  • Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises, and similar consents granted or issued by any Person and are associated with or necessary to operate the Company and/or used in connection with the Business.

  • Owns means ownership (either directly or indirectly) of 25% or more of the investor.

  • Possess means to have physical possession or otherwise to exercise dominion or control over tangible property.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Permits means all permits, licenses, franchises, approvals, authorizations, registrations, certificates, variances and similar rights obtained, or required to be obtained, from Governmental Authorities.

  • Other Leases means, collectively, the Lease Agreements between Landlord, or an Affiliate of Landlord, and Tenant with respect to the properties described on Exhibit B, but excluding any Lease Agreements terminated pursuant to their terms or by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder).

  • Trademark Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensor or licensee and providing for the grant of any right concerning any Trademark, together with any goodwill connected with and symbolized by any such trademark licenses, contracts or agreements and the right to prepare for sale or lease and sell or lease any and all Inventory now or hereafter owned by any Grantor and now or hereafter covered by such licenses (including, without limitation, all Trademark Licenses described in Schedule II hereto).

  • Covenants means the covenants set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Ordinances means the ordinances of the City of Polk City, Iowa, as embodied in this Code of Ordinances, ordinances not repealed by the ordinance adopting this Code of Ordinances, and those enacted hereafter.

  • Trade Secret License means any agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right in, to or under any Trade Secret.

  • Gaming License means every finding of suitability, registration, license, franchise or other finding of suitability, registration, approval or authorization required to own, lease, operate or otherwise conduct or manage riverboat, dockside or land-based gaming activities in any state or jurisdiction in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries conducts business and all applicable liquor licenses.

  • Restriction of Use means, in respect of any day, any difference from the normal capability of all or any part of the Routes (where the normal capability of the Routes is expressed in the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules relevant to that day notified to each Timetable Participant on or before D-26) which results in:

  • Warrants means this Warrant and other Common Stock purchase warrants issued by the Company pursuant to the Registration Statement.
