Laws, Rules and Regulations definition

Laws, Rules and Regulations means all laws and regulations applicable in Canada, and includes all guidance documents, policies and other similar documents relating to the Manufacture and quality control of cannabis beverages applicable in Canada, as amended from time to time;
Laws, Rules and Regulations means current Good Manufacturing Practices as promulgated by the U.S. FDA as detailed in Title 21, United States Code of Federal Regulations, or when appropriate, any corresponding statutes and/or regulations of any other country’s prescription pharmaceuticals regulating health authority / agency.
Laws, Rules and Regulations means all Applicable Laws including, without limitation, cGMP.
