Laws, Rules and Regulations definition

Laws, Rules and Regulations means all laws and regulations applicable in Canada, and includes all guidance documents, policies and other similar documents relating to the Manufacture and quality control of cannabis beverages applicable in Canada, as amended from time to time;
Laws, Rules and Regulations means all Applicable Laws including, without limitation, cGMP.
Laws, Rules and Regulations means the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”) and all regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to, the current Good Manufacturing Practices for finished pharmaceuticals (“cGMPs”), as promulgated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) in Parts 210 and 211 of T▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Code of Federal Regulations (“C.F.R.”), or when appropriate, any corresponding statutes and/or regulations of any other country’s prescription pharmaceuticals regulating health authority / agency, now existing and hereafter promulgated.
