Laydown Area definition

Laydown Area means areas of a Site on which the Tenant is permitted to place Equipment temporarily prior to erection.
Laydown Area. The Related Refinery Owner will provide the Relevant Asset Owner an outdoor laydown area for maintenance and project activities. The area will be separate from the Refinery Complex’s laydown area. The Relevant Asset Owner will ensure no hazardous materials or waste products are stored in the laydown area.

Laydown Area means an area designated for temporary use during construction of the Project and that can be used for any construction purpose unless otherwise specifically excluded;
