layover time definition

layover time means any time outside of regular work hours during an activity trip when the bus is secured, the driver has no responsibility to oversee students on the bus, and the driver is primarily responsible for monitoring the security of the bus.

layover time for purposes of this provision is defined as any time during such trip the Bus Driver is not required to drive the bus or stay with the bus by Employer's request.

Related to layover time

  • Transfer Time has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
