LC Commitment Termination Date definition
LC Commitment Termination Date means, as to each Issuing Bank, the Maturity Date; provided that if the Maturity Date shall have been extended pursuant to Section 2.21 but such Issuing Bank, in its capacity as a Lender, shall have been a Declining Lender, then the LC Commitment Termination Date shall, as to such Issuing Bank, mean the Maturity Date in effect immediately prior to such extension.
LC Commitment Termination Date means the Term Loan Maturity Date.

LC Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of (i) August 3, 2011, (ii) the date on which the LC Commitments are terminated pursuant to Section 2.2 and (iii) the date on which all amounts outstanding under this Agreement have been declared or have automatically become due and payable (whether by acceleration or otherwise).
