LCD Flow Name Index definition
LCD Flow Name Index means the index of fifteen institutional borrower names published on a twice-weekly basis by the Leveraged Commentary & Data division of S&P (“LCD”) in the “LCD News” section of its website w▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Schedule 1.1(b) sets forth the fifteen institutional borrower names comprising such index as to the Closing Date; it being understood that the LCD may add or subtract names from such index from time to time and the LCD Flow Name Index shall be determined by reference to the institutional borrower names comprising such index on or immediately prior to the initial Borrowing Date.
