LCR Assessment definition
LCR Assessment means a report compiled by PCS regarding a securitisation and setting out PCS’ opinion on the additional requirements for eligibility for the liquidity cover ratio buffers of a European bank as set out in the CRR Regulation;
LCR Assessment means the assessment made by PCS in relation to compliance with the criteria set forth in Article 13 of the LCR Delegated Regulation, as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1620 of 13 July 2018.
