Lead Commissioning Arrangements definition

Lead Commissioning Arrangements means the Lead Commissioning arrangements set out in this Agreement and more particularly described at Clause 7 (Lead Commissioner Arrangements) and Part 2
Lead Commissioning Arrangements means the arrangements by which the Lead Partner commissions Services in relation to an Individual Scheme on behalf of the other Partner in exercise of both the NHS Functions and the Council Health Related Functions and which are further described in Schedule 2 of this Agreement;

Examples of Lead Commissioning Arrangements in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to any other terms in this Agreement, where Lead Commissioning Arrangements are in place, the Lead Commissioner will comply with Schedule 4 Part 1 of the Agreement at all times (including in relation to terminating any Services Contracts).

  • In delivering the BCF Projects where Lead Commissioning Arrangements or Integrated Commissioning Arrangements are specified, the relevant Partner shall play a lead role in procuring and contracting or delivering specific services funded through the Better Care Fund.

  • Where Lead Commissioning Arrangements are in place in respect of an Individual Scheme, the Partners shall agree which of provisions in Part 1 and Part 2 of this Schedule shall apply to that Individual Scheme and may agree further provisions.

  • Where Lead Commissioning Arrangements are not in place in respect of an Individual Scheme, the provisions in Part 3 of this Schedule shall apply.

  • For Individual Schemes funded from the Financial Contributions made to Pooled Fund 1, Lead Commissioning Arrangements will be utilised as set out above.

  • Appointment of a Lead Partner22 Where there are Lead Commissioning Arrangements in respect of the Scheme the Lead Partner shall: exercise the NHS Functions in conjunction with the Health Related Functions as identified in the Scheme Specification; endeavour to ensure that the NHS Functions and the Health Related Functions are funded within the parameters of the Financial Contributions of each Partner in relation to each particular Service in each Financial Year.

Related to Lead Commissioning Arrangements

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Selective contracting arrangement means an arrangement in which a carrier participates in selective contracting with one or more providers, and which arrangement contains reasonable benefit differentials, including, but not limited to, predetermined fee or reimbursement rates for covered benefits applicable to participating and nonparticipating providers.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Project labor agreement means a form of pre-hire collective

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
