The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lead Left Arranger notice prior to 11:30 A.M. (or such later time as may be agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), New York City time, on the Thirteenth Amendment Effective Date specifying the amount of the Replacement B-2024 Term Loans to be borrowed on the Thirteenth Amendment Effective Date.
