Lead Paint Disclosure. For "Target Housing" built before 1978, the Seller must permit a buyer a 10-day period to conduct a risk assessment for the presence of lead-based paint hazards before the buyer is obligated by the sales contract. The parties can mutually agree to a different time period or wiave the right to assess.
