Lead Procurer definition

Lead Procurer means the Procurer designated by the Procurers to undertake the purchase of power on their behalf.

Examples of Lead Procurer in a sentence

  • Should the duration of the Grant Agreement be extended, the Lead Procurer may propose this agreement and any Specific Contract not completed be amended in respect of durations and deadlines.

  • Should agreement be withheld, the Lead Procurer may invoke dispute resolution.
