Lead Series definition

Lead Series means the structurally-related Derivative Compounds contained in a Lead Program. Each Lead Series shall contain at least [**] chemical entities.
Lead Series means the collection of compounds within a single chemical series identified in the course of the Research either (a) which contains compounds which satisfy the criteria B.2 in Appendix B; or (b) which the JRC designates as a Lead Series.
Lead Series means on an Project-by-Project basis, a series of Project Compounds that includes Lead Candidate(s) wherein all such Lead Candidates and Project Compounds are Created within the same Project and are structurally similar Compounds which are derived from a common chemotype, as determined by the JPT and confirmed by the JSC.

  • From Lead Nomination onwards and throughout Lead Optimization, the structures of Other Compounds and Collaboration Compounds in the Lead Optimization phase shall be shared with the Roche project team members (including Collaboration Compounds meeting Lead Series Identified Criteria, CLS Criteria and CCS Criteria).

More Definitions of Lead Series

Lead Series has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Lead Series means a set of compounds that meet the Lead Series criteria that is set forth in the applicable Joint Research Plan (“Lead Series Criteria”).
Lead Series means, for a Stage 3 Small Molecule Program, a series of small molecules [***] (a) that are (i) synthesized by or on behalf of Recursion in the conduct of the Research Plan for such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program and (ii) either (A) for which at least [***] shown by or on behalf of Recursion in the conduct of such Research Plan to meet all Lead Series Criteria for such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program or (B) otherwise designated by Roche as a Lead Series in accordance with Section 4.2.2(a); or (b) that are otherwise designated by Roche as a Lead Series in accordance with Section 4.2.5.
Lead Series means [***] which is approved [***]. Such approval will be based on [***];
Lead Series means, for a Hit Program, a series of Compounds with a shared identical or closely-related molecular backbone that (a) are synthesized by or on behalf of Genentech or Kronos in the conduct of the Hit Program, and (b) [***] meet all Lead Series Criteria for such Hit Program, [***] or (ii) is otherwise designated by Genentech as a Lead Series in accordance with Section 3.3.1.1 (ESR Activities).

Related to Lead Series

  • Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.

  • CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.

  • Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Lead Securitization means, if the First Securitization is the Note A-1 Securitization, such Securitization; provided that, if any other Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the First Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Distribution Account means the Bank Account (which may be a current, saving or deposit account) maintained by the Trustee with a Bank as directed by the Management Company in which the amount required for distribution of income to the Unit Holder(s) may be transferred. Interest, income or profit, if any, including those accruing on unclaimed dividends, in this account shall be transferred to the main account of the Fund from time to time, as part of the Trust Property for the benefit of the Unit Holder(s).

  • Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Lead Securitization PSA means the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the holders of the majority of the class of securities issued in a Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” pursuant to the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or their duly appointed representative; provided that if 50% or more of the class of securities issued in any Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” or such other class(es) otherwise assigned the rights to exercise the rights of the “Controlling Noteholder” is held by the Mortgage Loan Borrower or an Affiliate of the Mortgage Loan Borrower, no person shall be entitled to exercise the rights of the related Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative.

  • Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for the Class B ( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Lead Securitization Notes means Note A-1-A, Note A-1-B, Note A-1-C, Note A-1-D, Note A-1-E, Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3, Note B-4 and Note B-5 for so long as any such note is included in the Lead Securitization.

  • Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.

  • Lead Securitization Controlling Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
