Lead Series Criteria definition

Lead Series Criteria means in relation to each project conducted pursuant to the ICR Internal Research, the project-specific criteria, which shall be determined by the JSC in accordance with Clause 2.1(n).
Lead Series Criteria is defined in Section 3.3.1.1 (ESR Activities).
Lead Series Criteria means, for a Stage 3 Small Molecule Program, the criteria proposed by the applicable JPT and approved by the applicable JRC for a lead small molecule series for such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program to achieve the applicable Target Candidate Profile, which criteria are consistent with the applicable Initial Criteria for a Lead Series.

Examples of Lead Series Criteria in a sentence

  • Such Joint Research Plan shall detail the work to be conducted, the Lead Series Criteria, the Development Candidate Criteria, schedule, and level of effort in FTEs and budget for the initial Collaboration Target, and serve as exemplars for Joint Research Plans for each subsequent Collaboration Target approved by the JRC after the Effective Date, which shall be substantially similar in scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and resource requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In order for the Parties to achieve the Lead Series Criteria and the Development Candidate Criteria under a JRC approved Joint Research Plan, the Research Term may be extended with written agreement of both Parties.

  • If the JRC decides that the Lead Series Criteria have been met for a particular Collaboration Target and therefore recommends initiating Lead Optimization activities as outlined in the Joint Research Plan for such Collaboration Target, then Calico shall decide whether to approve such recommendation.

  • Such Research Plan shall be approved by the applicable JRC and will include the Lead Series Criteria and Target Candidate Profile for such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program.

  • The JRC may also deem a series developed in the conduct of an ESR Plan to be a Lead Series even if such series has not met the applicable Lead Series Criteria.

  • Pursuant to Section 3.3.1.2(e) ([***]), 3.3.2.1 (LSR Activities), 3.3.2.2(b) ([***]), 3.3.3 (Capabilities Requirements), 3.3.4 (Kronos [***]), 3.3.5 (Failure to Meet Lead Series Criteria or Development Candidate Criteria), or 3.4 (Heterobifunctional Compound Hit Programs), Genentech may elect for Kronos, at [***], in either case (a) and (b), to enable Genentech to either initiate or continue the conduct of, as the case may be, such Hit Program (a “Program Transition”).

  • The applicable JPT will identify up to [***] prioritized Validated Small Molecule Series for which (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties) such hit-to-lead activities will initially be conducted in parallel to develop small molecule(s) that satisfy such Lead Series Criteria; provided that any of the other Validated Small Molecule Series from such Small Molecule Validation Program may be included in such hit-to-lead activities if one or more of the initial prioritized Validated Small Molecule Series fails.

  • In the event a Stage 3 Small Molecule Program achieved the Lead Series Criteria but Roche does not provide such notice within the LS Decision Period for such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program or pay the LO-Go Decision Milestone Payment within the period set forth in Section 6.6.1, such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program will be deemed an Available Stage 3 SM Program, subject to Section 4.3.3.
