Leakage Notice definition

Leakage Notice has the meaning given in Clause 4.3;

Leakage Notice means the Notice from the Sellers' Delegate to the Purchaser, substantially in the form included in Part 2 of Schedule 5 (Leakage);

• UK Seller covenants to pay or cause to be paid to Purchaser, within 15 Business Days after a Leakage Notice becomes final and binding on the parties hereto pursuant to Section 3.03, an amount in cash equal to the amount or value of such Leakage (the “Leakage Amount”).

More Definitions of Leakage Notice

Leakage Notice means a written notice of the occurrence of one or more instances of Leakage, stating in reasonable detail the nature of the Leakage and, if practicable, the Leakage Amount claimed.
