UK Seller covenants to pay or cause to be paid to Purchaser, within 15 Business Days after a Leakage Notice becomes final and binding on the parties hereto pursuant to Section 3.03, an amount in cash equal to the amount or value of such Leakage (the “Leakage Amount”).
