Reset Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, not later than 20 days prior to an Optional Reset Date, the Company may, at its option, revoke the interest rate provided for in the Reset Notice and establish a higher interest rate for the Subsequent Interest Period commencing on such Optional Reset Date by mailing or causing the Trustee to mail notice of such higher interest rate first class, postage prepaid, to the Holder hereof.
The Company may exercise such option with respect to such Security by notifying the Trustee of such exercise at least 50 but not more than 60 days prior to an Optional Reset Date for such Security, which notice shall specify the information to be included in the Reset Notice (as defined).
