CN-HK Settlement Bank means the bank determined by the People’s Bank of China to be the settlement bank of the cross-boundary payment linkage between IBPS and FPS supporting real-time remittances between the Mainland and Hong Kong. The CN-HK Settlement Bank is a participant in both IBPS and FPS.
