Authorize and deliver and file or cause to be filed appropriate continuation statements not earlier than six months and not later than one month prior to the fifth anniversary of the date of filing of the financing statements filed in connection with the Lease Closing Date or any other financing statement filed pursuant to this Agreement, in each case naming such Lessee as debtor, if the Final Settlement Date shall not have occurred.

For the avoidance of doubt, at the time of any Upgrade Exchange, any amounts of the Related Lease Closing Date Purchase Price (or, if the Exchanged Device was an Upgraded Device, the Related Upgrade Purchase Price) previously paid in respect of the Exchanged Device will be deemed to have been paid in respect of the Related Upgrade Purchase Price of the Upgraded Device.
