Lease Covenants.. Lease" means any lease of all or any portion of the Property or Improvements entered into at any time, including the Master Lease, and includes any extensions or renewals thereof and any amendments thereto. Beneficiary shall have the right, but not the obligation, to cure any default of Trustor under any of the Leases and all amounts disbursed in connection with said cure shall be deemed to be disbursements under the Loan Agreement.
