The Servicer shall make available to the Vehicle Trust, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Lease Files and the related accounts, records and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times during normal business hours as the Issuer shall reasonably instruct, which does not unreasonably interfere with the Servicer’s normal operations or customer or employee relations.
