Servicing Records definition

Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(b) hereof.
Servicing Records means with respect to a Mortgage Loan, the related servicing records, including but not limited to any and all servicing agreements, files, documents, records, data bases, computer tapes, copies of computer tapes, proof of insurance coverage, insurance policies, appraisals, other closing documentation, payment history records, and any other records relating to or evidencing the servicing of such Mortgage Loan.

Examples of Servicing Records in a sentence

  • They find that a monetary policy rule with credit aggregates can help counter accelerator mechanisms that push up credit growth and house prices.

  • The Borrower covenants to safeguard such Servicing Records and to deliver them promptly to the Lender or its designee (including the Custodian) at the Lender's request.

  • Seller covenants to safeguard such Servicing Records and to deliver them promptly to Buyer or its designee (including the Custodian) at Buyer's request.

  • All documents comprising the Servicing Records are in the possession of the Servicer.

  • Seller’s transfer of the Servicing Rights, Servicing Records and the physical and contractual servicing under this Section shall be in accordance with customary standards in the industry and such transfer shall include the transfer of the gross amount of all escrows held for the related mortgagors (without reduction for unreimbursed advances or “negative escrows”).

Servicing Records shall have the meaning specified in Article 29(f).
Servicing Records shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 43(b) hereof.
