  • After assessment of the damage of the returned Equipment, Lessor will send the estimated repair cost to Lease Holder for approval before completing the repair or replacement or a confirmation that the Loss and Damage Waiver Program applies as defined in point 9.2 for the Equipment only.

Related to Lease Holder
