Lease Holder definition

Lease Holder means a person who is in possession of a building / premise / asset under a registered lease agreement.

  • The Lease Holder shall comply with the Pharmanex Scanner Application software updates and/or Content Updates from time to time that is published and notified by Lessor during the term of this Agreement to ensure working effectively.

  • VAT of loss or damage or the amount of the repair, which amount Lease Holder hereby authorises ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to charge to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s credit card on a case by case basis.

  • The costs will be charged through the credit card provided by the Lease Holder on a case-by-case basis followed by an invoice, except if the provisions set out in 9.2 apply.

Related to Lease Holder

  • License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
