Lease Operations definition

Lease Operations means all necessary or useful lease and land administration services and maintaining all land, lease and other related records (including title to the Owner’s Assets and the maintenance and curing of the same) and all technical, regulatory, permitting and marketing supervision and oversight determined by the Manager to be necessary or appropriate to assure that the Owner’s Assets are being explored, developed, produced, gathered and operated in accordance with this Agreement, including the Exhibits hereto, and applicable contracts and agreements.
Lease Operations means the management and provision of the Superior Landlord’s FM services and the performance of all other obligations on the Superior Landlord under the Head Lease and any management agreement in place from time to time.
Lease Operations means any operations conducted by or on behalf of Lessee which are related in any way to this Lease including, without limitation, its operations under any related exploratory licences, surface lease or right of way agreements, or other related agreements; Lease Rights means the Oil and Gas rights specified in Appendix “A”; Option Well is a well Lessee has the right but not the obligation to drill; Rig Release means the release of the drilling rig from the applicable wellsite; Royalty is the royalty described in Appendix “B” to be computed, levied and collected on production obtained from or attributable to the Lease Lands; Seismic Program if any, is described in the Term Sheet; Term is defined in clause 3.00 of the General Terms; Term Sheet means the document entitled “Lease Term Sheet” to which this Appendix “C” is attached; Test Well if specified in the Term Sheet as part of the Drilling Program, is a well Lessee is required to drill.

Examples of Lease Operations in a sentence

  • From time to time, but not more than once in any three month period, Guarantor may request from Lessor, in writing, directed to the Lessor’s address stated above, Attention: Lease Operations, and Lessor will promptly provide to Guarantor, a list of all Rental Payments under the Lease which have come due and remain outstanding.

  • Lease Operations are presented, at present value, in the Balance Sheet, and the related income and expenses, which represent the financial result of these operations, are presented, grouped together, under loan, lease and other credit operations in the Statement of Income.

  • The Manager shall provide the oversight to assure that the operator of the Owner’s Assets performs the technical, geological, petroleum engineering and related evaluations that are necessary or appropriate under the Standards set forth in Section 2.3 to perform the Lease Operations and to evaluate proposed acquisitions of oil and gas properties by the Owner.

  • The Manager shall perform all Lease Operations in accordance with the Standards set forth in Section 2.3. The Manager shall manage the progress, evaluation and implementation of all projects (including multi-well drilling, workover and recompletion projects and secondary/tertiary recovery projects) being carried out in connection with the performance of Lease Operations.

  • The Manager shall provide the oversight to assure that the operator of the Owner’s Assets acquires all permits, consents, approvals, surface or other rights that may be required for or in connection with the conduct of the Lease Operations.

  • The Manager shall provide the oversight to assure that the operator of the Owner’s Assets arranges for the purchase, transportation and storage of all hydrocarbons and all supplies, materials and equipment needed in order to perform the Lease Operations.

  • The Manager shall provide the oversight to assure that the operator of Owner’s Assets performs the technical, geological, petroleum engineering and related evaluations that are necessary or appropriate under the standards set forth in Section 2.4 to perform the Lease Operations and to evaluate proposed acquisitions of oil and gas properties by Owner.

  • The purpose of the ESG Task Force is to support the Company and its subsidiaries’ on-going commitment to environmental, health and safety, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, anthropogenic climate change mitigation, and other public policy matters relevant to the Company (collectively, “ESG Matters”).

  • The Company has no authorized or outstanding bonds, debentures, notes, or other indebtedness the holders of which have the right to vote (or convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for securities having the right to vote) with the stockholders of the Company or any of its subsidiaries on any matter.

Related to Lease Operations

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Base Operating Expenses means the Operating Expenses for the Base Year.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Exploration Operations means any operations carried out for or in connection with the exploration for minerals, and includes -

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) The operation, repair and maintenance, in neat, clean, good order and condition, of the following:

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.

  • Leash means a leash, cord, chain, or other comparable material which must be of a gauge suitable for controlling said dog and shall not be longer than six feet.

  • Controllable Operating Expenses means all Operating Expenses except property taxes and assessments, capital expenditures that are reasonably required, costs for repairs and maintenance (excluding preventative maintenance), utility charges, insurance charges, costs of services provided under a union contract, payments under covenants, conditions and restrictions or to an owners’ association and costs associated with repairs due to casualty, vandalism or other cause outside of Landlord’s reasonable control.

  • Mining Operations means obtaining or extracting any mineral by any mode or method or any purpose directly or indirectly connected therewith or incidental thereto, including—

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group expenditures, including, but not limited to, taxes, reimbursements of the General Partner, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings, debt service payments and capital expenditures, subject to the following:

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing agreements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA’s obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.

  • Operating Lease Expense means the sum of all payments and expenses incurred by a Person, under any operating leases during the period of determination, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Operating or "Operation" means to provide (or the provision of) all the operation, engineering, purchasing, repair, supervision, training, inspection, testing, protection, use, management, improvement, replacement, refurbishment, retirement, and maintenance activities associated with operating the Generating Facility in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.

  • Operating Costs means the reasonable incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, including costs related to audits, office equipment and supplies, vehicle operation and maintenance, shipping costs, office rentals, communication and insurance costs, office administration costs, bank charges, utilities, transport costs, travel, per diem and supervision costs, and salaries of contracted employees, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Occupancy means the use or intended use of a building or part thereof for the shelter or support of persons, animals or property.

  • Gross Operating Expenses shall include (i) all costs and expenses of operating the Hotel included within the meaning of the term “Total Costs and Expenses” contained in the Uniform System and, (ii) without duplication, the following: all salaries and employee expense and payroll taxes (including salaries, wages, bonuses and other compensation of all employees of the Hotel, and benefits including life, medical and disability insurance and retirement benefits), expenditures described in Section 9.1, operational supplies, utilities, insurance to be provided by Lessee under the terms of this Lease, governmental fees and assessments, common area maintenance costs and other common area fees and assessments, food, beverages, laundry service expense, the cost of Inventories, license fees, advertising, marketing, reservation systems and any and all other operating expenses as are reasonably necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the Hotel and the Leased Property incurred by Lessee in accordance with the provisions hereof (excluding, however, (i) federal, state and municipal excise, sales and use taxes collected directly from patrons and guests or as a part of the sales price of any goods, services or displays, such as gross receipts, admissions, cabaret or similar or equivalent taxes paid over to federal, state or municipal governments, (ii) the cost of insurance to be provided under Article 13, (iii) expenditures by Lessor pursuant to Article 13 and (iv) payments on any Mortgage or other mortgage or security instrument on the Hotel); all determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. No part of Lessee’s central office overhead or general or administrative expense (as opposed to that of the Hotel), and no operating expenses paid or payable by tenants under Space Leases, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses, as herein provided. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of Lessee incurred for the account of or in connection with the Hotel operations, including but not limited to postage, telephone charges and reasonable travel expenses of employees, officers and other representatives and consultants of Lessee and its Affiliates, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses and such Persons shall be afforded reasonable accommodations, food, beverages, laundry, valet and other such services by and at the Hotel without charge to such Persons or Lessee.

  • Warehouse operator means a person engaged in the business of operating or controlling a warehouse for the storing, shipping, handling or processing of agricultural products, but does not include an incidental warehouse operator.
