From time to time, but not more than once in any three month period, Guarantor may request from Lessor, in writing, directed to the Lessor’s address stated above, Attention: Lease Operations, and Lessor will promptly provide to Guarantor, a list of all Rental Payments under the Lease which have come due and remain outstanding.
The Manager shall perform all Lease Operations in accordance with the Standards set forth in Section 2.3. The Company has no authorized or outstanding bonds, debentures, notes, or other indebtedness the holders of which have the right to vote (or convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for securities having the right to vote) with the stockholders of the Company or any of its subsidiaries on any matter.

Prior to entering into any Lease or any modification thereof, Borrower or Leasehold Pledgor shall cause Owner or Operating Lessee to obtain or cause the tenant to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals and consents required as a condition to such Lease and/or to tenant’s operation thereunder, including without limitation any and all consents and approvals required under any applicable Franchise Agreement, Ground Lease, Operations Agreement and/or License.
