Lease Proposal Notice definition

Lease Proposal Notice means a written notice from Seller to Purchaser in accordance with Section 6.6(a) that: (a) identifies a Tenant or proposed Tenant; (b) contains a term sheet, letter of intent or other description of the material business terms of a proposed Lease Transaction; and (c) contains any relevant financial information about the Tenant or proposed Tenant that is in Seller’s possession or control.
Lease Proposal Notice means a written notice from Seller to Purchaser in accordance with SECTION 6.5(A) that: (a) identifies a Tenant or proposed Tenant; (b) contains a term sheet, letter of intent or other description of the material business terms of a proposed Lease Transaction; and (c) contains any relevant financial information about the Tenant or proposed Tenant that is in Seller's possession or control.

Examples of Lease Proposal Notice in a sentence

  • If Seller gives Purchaser a Lease Proposal Notice for a Non-Qualified Lease Transaction and Purchaser does not notify Seller in writing of its disapproval within five (5) Business Days, Purchaser shall be deemed to have approved such Non-Qualified Lease Transaction.
