If Seller gives Purchaser a Lease Proposal Notice for a Non-Qualified Lease Transaction and Purchaser does not notify Seller in writing of its disapproval within five (5) Business Days, Purchaser shall be deemed to have approved such Non-Qualified Lease Transaction.
