Lease Purchase Date means each date during the Note Issuance Period that is designated by the Company to the Seller upon not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Seller and the Trustee, and approved by the Seller, on which additional Leases are to be purchased by the Company pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
