The Lease provides for the execution and delivery from time to time of Lease Supplements for the purpose of leasing the Airframe and Engines under the Lease as and when delivered by Lessor to Lessee in accordance with the terms thereof.
During the Term, Lessee will cause this Agreement, all Lease Supplements and all amendments to this Agreement to be promptly filed and recorded or filed for recording with the Aviation Authority.
