Lease Term Sheet definition

Lease Term Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(b).
Lease Term Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.17(a) hereof.
Lease Term Sheet means the term sheet related to leasing matters in respect of the Leased Lands attached as Schedule D.

More Definitions of Lease Term Sheet

Lease Term Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.9(f).
Lease Term Sheet means a term sheet with the applicable tenant which contains all of the economic and other material terms and conditions for a proposed Lease in such detail that is reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.
Lease Term Sheet means, with respect to each of the Leased Premises, the summary of terms and conditions to govern the lease of such Leased Premises by the applicable Parent Company to the applicable Spinco Company, as set forth in Attachment XIX;

Related to Lease Term Sheet

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • standard term sheet has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

  • Long-term lease means a lease term of at least 27.5 years for a residential resource or at least 31.5 years for a nonresidential resource.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Fixed term tenancy means a tenancy that has a fixed term of existence, continuing to a

  • special lease means a special lease or license to be granted in terms of this Agreement under the Ratifying Act the Land Act or the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and includes any renewal thereof; “this Agreement” “hereof” and “hereunder” include this Agreement as from time to time added to varied or amended;

  • Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification purposes by the Seller’s Lawyers and the Purchaser’s Lawyers, with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Expense Agreement means the Agreement as to Expenses and Liabilities between the Depositor and the Trust, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D, as amended from time to time.
