Leased Real Estate definition

Leased Real Estate means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, or other interest in real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Leased Real Estate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
Leased Real Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17 of this Agreement.

  • The Company has delivered or otherwise made available to Parent true and complete copies of all Leases (including all material modifications, amendments, supplements, waivers and side letters thereto) pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries thereof leases, subleases or licenses, as tenant, any Leased Real Estate.
