Leasing equipment definition

Leasing equipment means the act of a passenger transportation company to supplement its fleet by acquiring a vehicle(s) from a third party for a specified period of time under contract. See WAC 480-30-236.
Leasing equipment means agriculture machineries, agriculture equipment, and agriculture tools selected or proposed to be selected under Part 2.2 of the Project in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Association and set forth in the Leasing Guidelines.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.
